Fresh Storm Privacy Statement

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

Fresh Storm Publications, LLC (“Fresh Storm”), is a marketing company that owns a network of Web sites, including this one, which acts as a referral service whereby you may enter a request for product or service information and that request is referred to a third-party business in order to serve such requests.

Fresh Storm is NOT responsible for any damages or problems arising from or in connection with services performed by a business referred by Fresh Storm to a consumer.

Request for Information

We request information, such as (name, address, telephone number, or age), from the consumer when a consumer is requesting a quote or other information regarding a product or service. This information is used to match consumers with appropriate product or service professionals.  This information is then provided to businesses so they may contact the consumer who completed the information request in order that they may offer a free price quote, free product demonstration, or other arrangements agreeable to both the consumer and business. Consumers are urged to inquire with businesses regarding their individual privacy policies.

Sharing of Consumer Information

We share personal information, such as names, telephone numbers, physical addresses and email addresses when an approved member of our marketing network matches the geographic proximity and the product preferences as provided by the consumer during their information request.  From time to time, Fresh Storm may share your personal information with third parties for the purpose of advertisements that might be compatible with your interests.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data tied to information about the user and stored on the user's computer. We use cookies to match your preferences with those suppliers who may perform services or provide products of use to you.  We also use cookies to aggregate demographic information that does not personally identify you.  

Business Transitions

In the event Fresh Storm goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users' personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.

Choice/Opt-out

Consumers may opt-out of our database at any time by emailing privacy@freshstormpublications.com. It should be noted that the only consumer information in our database is that which is provided to us willingly by consumers.  If you do not want to have your information in our database then the best choice is not to provide it.  However, consumers may request their information be removed from our database after the fact and at any time.
