Our loan offers are based on rates and terms provided by wholesale mortgage banks and investors who frequently update their pricing and products. We have licensed Mortgage Bankers along with in-house Processors dedicated specifically to refinance or purchase transactions. Our in-house Processors, Underwriters and Funders close loans fast. We have funded loans in as little as 5 days and target 30 days for Refinance loans or before Close of Escrow on all Purchase transactions. Our Executive Relations Department improves customer satisfaction by analyzing customer feedback from surveys and calls. We service customers 7 days a week across all time zones through our offices in Irvine, CA and Charlotte, NC.
